Whoops!

This was the garden shed we had intended to
make into a playhouse. Once we finally got rid
of all the wood and crap piled around it, we
realized it was pretty rotten - literally. So we
decided to burn it. It was a slow burn, all afternoon,
in fact. Until all of a sudden - poof! - the walls and
roof caught on fire. While flames reached 30 - 40 ft in the
air (we have singed trees to prove it) we scrambled around
for a garden hose and water and debated whether
it was serious enough to call 911. Fortunately it
had been raining the night before, so nothing else
caught on. May lose an evergreen tree that was 20 ft
away :( Lesson learned. From now on we'll call the
fire dept before we burn something that big again!
